What amenities are offered at the resort?

Our resort offers an array of amenities designed to enhance your stay. Guests enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, large TVs with premium channels in every ocean-facing room, and in-room conveniences like a refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee assortment. Each room features private balconies or patios, and guests can enjoy complimentary coffee in the lobby. Our facilities are 100% non-smoking, offer exclusive private beach access, and feature an onsite Oceanfront Lemon Bar. Additional amenities available upon request include cribs, rollaway beds, and pack-and-plays.

 Guests can enjoy a variety of in-room amenities designed for comfort and convenience, including complimentary Wi-Fi, large TVs with premium channels, refrigerators, microwaves, and Keurig coffee assortments. Every room offers ocean views and private balconies or patios. Additional conveniences like complimentary lobby coffee, 100% non-smoking environments, exclusive beach access, and the vibrant Oceanfront Lemon Bar enhance your stay. For those traveling with little ones or needing extra bedding, cribs, rollaway beds, and pack and plays are available upon request

What accessibility accommodations do you offer?

Although most of our accommodations feature stand-up showers, we offer rooms with bathtubs upon request.

Are pets allowed at the resort?

Yes, pets are welcome under specific conditions. We allow cats or dogs weighing less than 60 lbs, with a maximum of two pets per room. There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $75 plus tax per stay. Pets must not be left unattended in the guest rooms for prolonged periods and are not permitted in the pool area or Lemon Bar. Guests are encouraged to adhere to local beach guidelines regarding pets.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in at the resort is available from 3pm, and guests are asked to check out by 11am. We offer early check-in and late check-out based on availability; however, these may be subject to additional fees depending on the timing and availability.

What is the cancellation policy?

To avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax, reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours before the check-in time of 3pm ET.

What is the parking policy?

Complimentary parking is provided for one vehicle per reservation. Additional vehicles are subject to a nightly fee of $20 plus tax.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept several major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club, and American Express. Please note that personal checks and cash payments are not accepted. At check-in, the credit or debit card provided will be authorized for all estimated charges plus an additional $50 per day to cover potential incidentals. This authorization is temporary and will be adjusted to reflect actual charges upon departure, which may take up to 72 hours to process.

Can you cook on the property?

Cooking is not permitted on the property except in the designated microwave units provided in each room. The use of hot plates, crock pots, and similar cooking devices is prohibited to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

Is there an elevator available?

 Our property does not have an elevator.

What facilities are available for swimming?

Our courtyard pool is solar-heated, providing a comfortable swimming environment that's gentle on the environment. Guests can enjoy swimming or relaxing by the pool, which includes a jacuzzi and features designed for leisure and relaxation.

What bathroom amenities are available in the rooms?

Our rooms are equipped to meet diverse preferences. While most rooms feature stand-up showers, rooms with bathtubs can be arranged upon request to accommodate your needs.

Is there an elevator available at the property?

No, the property does not have an elevator.
